Dani Ticktin Koplik, principal of dtkResources and creator of the new bubble2boardroom | NY, is a results-winning executive & leadership coach skilled at extracting peak performance from her clients.  In addition to selective executive coaching, she delivers high-impact, high-return programs for companies intent on fully developing their human capital. Rob Roy is an award winning 26-year veteran of the US Navy with 20 years as an active member and leader in the Navy SEALs. In 2005, Rob founded SOT-G, Corp., one of the world’s leading companies for military consultants, trainers and executive and force protection. As founder and President, Rob’s mission is to provide effective and efficient solutions that enable clients to operate safely in challenging territories around the globe, as well as to develop their leadership potential far beyond what they have imagined. While in the SEALs, Rob served in the U.S military’s most elite SEAL Team, SEAL Team Six, an antiterrorism and maritime interdiction SEAL team that serves as one of the U.S. government’s key devices in the Global War on Terror (GWOT). Rob has toured with many operational units, including US Army Special Forces, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and U.S. Customs. He also served as a Leading Chief Petty Officer for the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Motivators.

Todd Cherches is the co-founder and CEO of BigBlueGumball, a New York-based consulting firm specializing in leadership development, management training, and executive coaching. Stitch. Erika also specializes in creating individual style and personal brand development for corporations, small businesses, CEO’s, athletes, TV personalities, musicians and everyday people who want to upgrade or improve their overall appearance. Eric Kramer started his professional career working as a clinical psychologist and has experience as an employee in both large and small companies, as an entrepreneur in software development and as an independent consultant.Eric also has experience working as a Career Consultant and Career Center Manager with two of the country’s largest career transition firm. As a Senior Consultant, Eric worked with hundreds of job searchers individually and in groups teaching them job search skills and coaching them through their interviews.Eric has authored three books, published by Cengage Publishing, “Active Interviewing: Branding, Selling and Presenting Yourself to Win Your next Job”,“1001 Interview Strategies” and “1001 Networking Strategies” and publishes a blog “Interview Your Best.”  Eric is the developer of, an internet site providing comprehensive interview information and tools for both job seekers and hiring authorities. In addition, Eric is co-founder of the Philadelphia Area Great Careers Group (PAGCG). PAGCG, with 580 members, provides a wide range of job transition services including monthly and weekly meetings as well as an online job transition portal.Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Hartford and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from American University. He is certified in Positive Psychology Coaching and is licensed as a psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania.

Zach Kramer is Manager, Partnership Strategy and Service at Madison Square Garden.  In this role, he leads co-marketing, brand activation and development for MSG’s marquee sports and entertainment partnership with JP Morgan Chase. Zach previously worked at Momentum Worldwide, where he spent two years activating American Express’ Entertainment Access program.  Specifically, he managed relationships with MSG, AEG, American Airlines Arena, Cirque du Soleil, and various Broadway shows.Prior to joining Momentum, Zach launched his career at Octagon, feeding his passion for fine automobiles by working on various BMW events, including BMW Ultimate Drive supporting Susan G. Komen for the Cure, as well as a multi-market launch program for the current BMW 7 Series model. Zach was born and raised in Villanova, Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State University in 2008 with a B.S. in Marketing.

Ted Rubin is a leading social marketing strategist and coined the term ROR, Return on Relationship  a concept he believes is the cornerstone for building an engaged multi-million member database, many of whom are vocal advocates for the brand, like the one he built for e.l.f. Cosmetics ( as the Chief Marketing Officer between 2008 and 2010, and the one built for OpenSky where Ted, was the Chief Social Marketing Officer.

On May 1st Ted announced leaving OpenSky and accepting the position of Chief Social Marketing Officer at Collective Bias (whose Advisory Board he joined in January), a company he has worked closely with since it was founded by John Andrews who Ted met through the blogging community when he was leading Emerging Media at Walmart. Ted is also a Social Marketing Strategist for MARS Advertising and on the Advisory Boards of Blue Calypso, OpenSky, SheSpeaks, Zuberance, and Taptank.
